  • Event: OASD Community Focus Group - Strategic Plan 3.0

  • Location: Boys & Girls Club Oshkosh (501 E Parkway Ave)

  • Details: The Oshkosh Area School District (OASD), in partnership with Oshkosh4Education (O4E), has embarked on a stakeholder-driven strategic planning process to develop the District’s Strategic Plan 3.0. The process will include multiple opportunities for community engagement through face-to-face discussions and an online survey. Feedback received will be used to assist the Oshkosh Area School District Board of Education in defining the District’s vision of success and developing priority goals for the strategic plan.  At this time, members of the Oshkosh community are invited to participate in one-hour focus group sessions with an O4E facilitator to discuss their vision of success for the District and the District’s strengths and opportunities for improvement. Sessions will take place during the week of February 11, 2019, at various times and locations throughout Oshkosh (see complete schedule below). Each session will be guided by the same questions. Community members are encouraged to select a date/time that is most convenient for them. If members of the community are unable to attend one of the sessions, an online survey will be available for individuals to share their ideas and feedback. The survey will be available on the OASD website for one week beginning Monday, February 11, 2019.
